Fees, the registration process, and exhibition / sponsorship opportunities for HSE-2026.

Registration Fee

Registration fee covers entry to all sessions, registration badge, soft copy of conference proceedings, presentation of paper / poster and participation certificate. Two days’ breakfast and lunch will also be served to offline participants.

Registration Process

  1. Open the Registration Form and fill in your name, designation, organization and address for communication.
  2. Choose your registration category (Industry / Academia / Student / Foreign Delegate) and accommodation option — the total fee is calculated for you automatically.
  3. Make payment using one of the Payment Methods (bank transfer, DD or cheque).
  4. Upload a screenshot of your payment directly in the form as proof — no separate email needed.
  5. Submit the form. You'll instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with a PDF receipt attached; the organizing committee will verify your payment against the screenshot.
